    NINE HOOSIERS NAMED ACADEMIC ALL-BIG TEN

    Bloomington, Ind. - The Big Ten announced today that nine IU women's soccer student-athletes at earned academic All-Big Ten accolades for the 1999 season.

    Conference wide, 106 women's soccer players were named to the Academic All-Conference team. To be eligible for Academic All-Big Ten selection, athletes must be a letterwinner in at least their second academic year at their academic institution and carry career grade point average of 3.0 or better.

    The nine Hoosiers are: Mary Friar (So./3.26/marketing), Wendy Graves (Sr./3.62/accounting), Chrissy Heubi (Jr./3.27/biology), Jennifer Kluska (Sr./3.82/accounting), Kelly Kram (Jr./3.49/exercise science), Stacey Peterson (So./3.67/exercise science), Anne Schuppan (So./3.26/business), Megan Wallace (Sr./3.00/sport communication), and Kendal Willis (Jr./3.33/marketing).
