    FRESHMAN YEAR
    Played in 18 games, making seven starts ... started five games at catcher and two games at first base ... hit .150 in 20 at-bats and had an on-base percentage of .452 ... was hit-by-pitch a team-high eight times, including each of the last five games in which she appeared ... recorded a walk-off single back up the middle against Indiana State (3/26) for her only RBI ... also had a key sacrifice bunt against the Sycamores ... was successful in her only stolen base attempt of the season at Illinois (4/15).

    PREP/PERSONAL
    Anderson played catcher and first base for Gonzaga Prep and hit nearly .500 with a slugging percentage of .514 on her way to team MVP honors. She also received the Most Improved Award as a freshman and the Coaches Award as a sophomore for coach James Pizelo. Anderson led Gonzaga Prep to the district tournament in 2005 and 2007 and garnered first team All-GSL as a junior. She plays for the Spokane Sliders 18 Gold team in the summers and has helped them to top finishes throughout the 2007 summer and will continue to help them gain a berth to the Gold National Tournament in the 2008 season.
