Softball Broadcast Update

    Attention Indiana Softball fans:

    If you have purchased the All-Access pass to listen to the live audio broadcasts over the first month of the season, you will NO LONGER NEED to use this feature to listen to the broadcast of the games moving forward. As a result, you will need to cancel that subscription ASAP so you do not get charged for a second month because it automatically renews each month.

    For each of the remaining games, fans can access the audio broadcasts by going to the softball schedule page on or by clicking the "Live Broadcasts" link on the main softball page just above the rotating pictures in the middle of the page.

    Here is how to cancel your All-Access subscription:

    • Click the following link (Cancel Subscription)
    • Click on "Ask a Question" at the top of the page
    • Enter your email address in the appropriate line (this should be the address associated with your account)
    • Enter "Cancel Subscription" in the subject line
    • Please include the following when entering your cancellation request in the Question field:

    Email (provide the one associated with your account)
    Full Name
    Product canceling
    Reason for cancellation

    Before submitting your incident, you must choose an item from both the Service and School categories. Click the drop-down arrow next to each box to display a list of items. Please note, some items in the Service section may display additional pull-down options. Upon completion, click the "Continue" box at the bottom of the page. You will be directed to a new page. Scroll down and click "Finish Submitting Question" at the bottom of this page to submit your request.

    You should receive a response within 24 hours. If you desire to speak to a representative, please call 1-800-781-9444 between 8am and 2am EST 7 days a week. Please press option #2 for billing questions.
