JUNIOR YEAR (2008-09)
Competed at the 2009 FINA World Championships, finishing 32nd in the prelims of the 100-meter butterfly (59.77) ... also competed at the 2009 World University Games, finishing seventh in the 50-meter butterfly (27.15) ... fourth in the semifinal heat of the 100 back (1:02.50), second in her preliminary heat of the 100 fly (59.72) and fourth in her preliminary heat of the 50 back (29.62) ... earned a pair of individual All-America honors at the 2009 NCAA Championships, placing eighth in the 100 back (53.34) and 10th in the 200 back (1:53.34) ... also earned All-America honors as a member of the 400 medley relay (11th- 3:32.96) and 200 medley relay (14th- 1:38.69) teams ... won her second-straight Big Ten title in the 100 backstroke with a conference-record time of 51.52 ... also defended her title in the 200 back by breaking her conference record with a time of 1:51.45 ... finished second in the 100 butterfly with a new school record of 52.44 ... led Indiana to the 400-yard medley relay crown with a new conference record of 3:31.26 ... named Big Ten Swimmer of the Year ... first-team All-Big Ten selection ... was undefeated in the 100 backstroke and 200 backstroke in Big Ten competition this season ... placed 32nd in the 100 butterfly at the 2009 FINA World Championships in Rome ... won the 100 back with a time of 53.47 in a dual meet with Michigan and Texas in November ... also took home the 200 back title in 1:56.42 ... took first in the 100 back and 200 back in 53.98 in a meet with Michigan, Illinois and Tennessee in January ... named Big Ten Swimmer of the Week on Oct. 21 after posting four first-place finishes in a dominating dual meet victory over Kentucky ... won the 100 back, 200 back, 200 individual medley and 200 medley relay ... posted a total of three A cut and six B cut times in the 100 back this season ... recorded an NCAA B cut in the 200 IM at the Hoosierland Invite in November (2:00.34) ... has recorded the five-fastest times in school history in the 100 back and 200 back and has four of the top five times in school history in the 100 butterfly.
SOPHOMORE YEAR (2007-08)
Competed at the 2008 Olympics in the 100 fly, 100 back and 200 back ... placed 19th in the 100 fly with a school-record time of 58.99 ... took 21st in the 100 back in 1:01.25, which is the second-fastest time in school history ... tied for 22nd in the 200 back (2:12.64) ... became a five-time All-American at her first NCAA Championships meet... took home second in the 200 backstroke with a time of 1:53.17 ... finished third in the 100-yard backstroke with a time of 52.02, the fifth-fastest time in school history... swam the lead-off leg of the 400-yard medley relay team which placed sixth at NCAA's with a then-school record ... also helped lead the 200-yard medley relay team to an eight-place finish ... was 16th in the 100 butterfly ...Big Ten champion in the 100-yard backstroke and 200-yard backstroke ... set a then-new Big Ten and school record in the 100 back (51.68) ... also part of Big Ten champion 200-yard medley relay which tied the then-conference record (1:38.89) ... placed second in the 100-yard butterfly with a time of 52.88 ... tied for first in points scored at the Big Ten meet with 57 ... undefeated in the 100 and 200 back this season ... part of winning 200-yard medley relay team in dual meet at Tennessee ... also took first in the 100 back and 200 back ... second in the 100 butterfly ... victorious in the 100 backstroke and 200 backstroke at the Irish Invitation ... also took third in the 200 IM ... part of winning 200- and 400-yard medley relay ... first in the 100-yard butterfly ... has already qualified for the 2008 Olympics in the 100 backstroke representing the Ukraine ... second in the 100-meter back at the FINA World Short Course Swimming Championships (57.15), setting a new Ukrainian national record ... also placed eighth in the 200 back (2:07.66) and third in the 50 back (26.81) ... finished second in the 100-meter back (1:00.86), 200-meter back (2:11.68) and 100-meter butterfly (59.32) at the Mutual of Omaha Swimvitational, setting then-school records in all three events.
