PREP/PERSONAL Attended the Churchill School and Center, but competed for Stuyvesant High School, as Churchill does not field a team ... won the 2006 New York City Public School Athletic League Open Championship in the one-meter, setting a city record with an 11-dive score of 554.30 ... placed first in every event entered in 2006-07 ... was accomplished level-10 gymnast before taking up diving two years ago ... has competed at USA Diving Nationals twice and qualified for AAU Nationals both years ... took third place on the one-meter and fifth place on the three-meter at the 2006 AAU Nationals, earning AAU All-America status on both boards ... represented New York City at the Empire State Games, taking first on the 3-meter and second on the 1-meter in the Scholastic Division ... dove for the New York Dive Club under coach Zhihua Hu ... daughter of Alfred and Patsy Kahn ... born June 14, 1988.
