No. 22 Indiana Victorious at Purdue, 179-121.

WEST LAFAYETTE, Ind. - The 22nd-ranked Indiana women's swimming and diving team won the first six events and never look back in a 179-121 win over Purdue in a dual meet that was broadcast live on the Big Ten Network Saturday afternoon at the Boilermaker Aquatic Center in West Lafayette, Ind.
The Hoosiers finished with wins in 12 of 16 events.
"We are humbled to be able to come in here and get a win," said head coach Ray Looze. "Purdue is a strong team, and this is a good win for us."
Cynthia Pammett made it three events in a row for IU, winning the 200 free in 1:48.51. Stephanie Armstrong placed third at 1:50.81. The Hoosiers then went 1-2-3 in the 100 backstroke with Snodgrass winning in 53.73. Ress placed second in 55.63 and Allie Day was third (56.16).
Haley Lips gave Indiana its sixth race win of the day by clocking a time of 2:00.29 in the 200 butterfly. Brenna MacLean touched the wall third in 2:01.02, with Dorina Szekeres fourth (2:01.86) and Vrooman fifth (2:02.79).
Pammett led a 2-3 finish IU in the 50 freestyle at 23.49. Delay was third with a time of 23.56.
Amy Cozad put up high scores with strong degrees of difficulty on her first four dives and came away with a win on the platform, tallying 335.70 points. Kate Hillman was fifth with a score of 235.65. On the 1-meter Cozad was sixth (279.45), followed by Hillman seventh (273.08), Cassidy Kahn eighth (268.65) and Kate Bittner ninth (258.45).
Pammett led the Hoosiers in the 100 free, placing second in 50.48. Lips touched fourth at 51.85.
Snodgrass continued to dominate in the backstroke, winning the 200 back by nearly six seconds at 1:55.38. That was part of another 1-2-3 Hoosier sweep as Day was second (2:01.43) and Ress third (2:02.87).
Pasloski gave Indiana the sweep of the breaststroke events, taking the 200 breaststroke in 2:16.26. Specht finished third (2:17.71) and Madeline Maher fourth (2:17.74).
Vrooman doubled up in the distance freestyle events, winning the 500 freestyle in 4:50.07. Vanden Noort was fourth in 4:58.45.
Lips also made it a double on the day as the freshman had a strong final 25 yards to take the 100 butterfly in 55.70. MacLean took fifth in 56.82.
Snodgrass won her third event of the day with a time of 2:03.50 in the 200-yard individual medley, pacing a 1-2-3-4 Hoosier finish. Szekeres was second (2:05.32), Day third (2:06.08) and Pasloski fourth (2:06.15).
The day ended with a second-place finish in the 400 freestyle relay as Pammett, Lips, Armstrong and Vrooman finish in 3:22.74.
The Hoosier women close out their 2012-13 dual meet season Friday, Feb. 1 at 5 p.m. as they travel to Louisville.
