    Volunteer Assistant Coach

    Indiana head women's tennis coach Lin Loring welcomes back Ryan Miller as the program's volunteer assistant coach. Miller returns to his former position after spending the last 18 months as the Head Teaching Pro at the Jasper Tennis Club in Jasper, Ind.

    Miller served as IU's volunteer assistant coach during the 2012 spring season prior to moving to Jasper. During his time in Jasper, Miller helped train and develop junior players.

    The Washington, Ind., native is a United States Professional Tennis Association (USTPA) certified instructor. Miller worked for over four years at the IU Tennis Center during his first stint in Bloomington. He was also a four-year manager for the Indiana women's tennis program while he earning his bachelor's degree in journalism.

    Miller played high school varsity tennis for four years at Washington High School and earned all-conference, all-district and all-state laurels three times. He grew up attending Loring's tennis campus in the summer at Indiana University.
