    Day Two Results Get Acrobat Reader

    NASHVILLE, Tenn. - Indiana women's tennis completed day two of the June Stewart Invitational at Vanderbilt on Saturday afternoon. The Hoosiers won four singles matches on the day as well as four doubles matches.

    In singles, Kayla Fujimoto made quick work of Vanderbilt's Maggie Leavell giving up just two games, 6-2, 6-0. Katie Klyczek also won in straight sets over Georgia Tech's Rasheeda McAdoo, 6-3, 6-3.

    Carolyn Chupa dropped her first set, but rebounded to down Tech's Muriel Wacker in an exciting match, 2-6, 7-6 (5), 6-2. Freshman Kim Schmider also picked up a victory as she downed Tennessee's Ashlee Boles, 7-6 (6), 6-2.

    In IU's four doubles wins, the Hoosiers gave up just eight games between the four matches. Alecia Kauss and Shannon Murdy as well as Fujimoto and Garre both blanked their William and Mary Opponents, 8-0.

    Chupa and Klyczek outlasted William and Mary's Jeitje Loomans and Leeza Nemchinov, 8-5. Shmider teamed with Gabrielle Rubenstein for an 8-3 triumph over Vandy's Frances Altick and Leavell.

    The third and final day of competition will get rolling on Sunday at 11 a.m. ET.
