BLOOMINGTON, Ind. - The Indiana women's tennis team will open its dual portion of the schedule on Sunday, Jan. 22, as the Hoosiers will travel to Durham, N.C. for a double-header. IU will begin the day against No. 3 Duke at Noon ET and wrap up the busy afternoon against UNC Greensboro beginning at 5:30 p.m. ET.

The Hoosiers will be tested early as the Blue Devils have five players ranked in the ITA's top 100 in singles, and six in the top 125. Duke is led by a freshman in Beatrice Capra, who is ranked No. 7 nationally in singles. In doubles, Capra teams with fellow freshman Ester Goldfeld to rank as the No. 7 doubles duo in the country.

In the second match of the day against the UNC Greensboro Spartans, IU will have to deal with the 40th-ranked doubles combo of Niltooli Wilkins and Lucy Dougherty. The Spartans played in their first dual match of the season last weekend, falling short to No. 4 North Carolina.
