BLOOMINGTON, Ind. - The No. 53 Indiana women's tennis team welcomes No. 59 Marshall and Morehead State to the IU Tennis Center on Saturday, March 1. The Hoosiers and Thundering Herd will begin play at 11 a.m. ET as the MSU match will begin at 4 p.m.

Marshall sits at 7-2 on the year and has won four straight matches heading into the weekend. The Thundering Herd has topped two Big Ten teams in Penn State and Minnesota already this year, both on the road. Marshall has also taken down Penn, which currently ranks No. 68 nationally. The only losses for MU this season are to Virginia Tech and Kentucky. Both of those teams are ranked in the top 50 nationally.

Morehead State is looking for its third dual win this weekend as the Eagles arrive in Bloomington. Marshall topped MSU in January, 5-2, when the two teams met.

Indiana is now 8-3 on the year having lost to ranked teams in Northwestern and Tennessee last week before topping Ball State last Sunday. In the latest ITA Singles Rankings, Sophie Garre sits at No. 84 nationally and Katie Klyczek is ranked No. 102 in the country.
