    No. 33 Hoosiers Upset By No. 67 Illinois 4-3

    Champaign, Ill. - The women's tennis team lost its second straight match of the weekend with an upset loss to 67th-ranked Illinois 4-3 today.

    The Hoosiers opened the match by losing the doubles point. Jessica Anderson and Kelly Blanch won their match at the No. 1 position over Brooke Ferney and Natasha Loebnitz 8-5.

    In singles, the Hoosiers split the six matches. Anderson, playing at the No. 1 position, defeated Eldina Fazlic 6-2,6-7,6-2. Blanch was victorious in her match over Simone Kung 6-2,6-0 at the No. 2 position. At No. 4, Amanda Field won her seventh straight match with a win over Natalia Manasova 6-4,6-0.

    The Hoosiers will try and rebound from this weekend's losses with a home match against Kentucky on Wednesday in Bloomington at 3:00 p.m.
