BLOOMINGTON, Ind. - Indiana's leg of the 2006 Intercollegiate Tennis Association's (ITA) Collegiate Summer Circuit came to a close on July 30 at the IU Tennis Courts. The Collegiate Summer Circuit concludes back in Bloomington with the Summer National Championships, Aug. 12-16. This year marks the sixth consecutive time Indiana served as host for this prestigious event. Wisconsin's Caitlin Burke took home the women's singles crown, winning 6-0, 6-2 over Wake Forest's Christian Tara. On the men's side, Western Michigan's Kevin Hayward topped Toledo's Jared Miller, 0-6, 6-2, 1-0(7) in the finals of the men's main draw.
