    Second Day of 2013 ITA College Summer Circuit In The Books

    BLOOMINGTON, Ind. - The second day of the 2013 ITA College Summer Circuit Midwest regional came to a close on Sunday in Bloomington. The semifinals and finals of the main draw for the men and women will take place on Monday morning.

    The consolation and doubles brackets for both the men and women will also be finished on Monday.

    Katie Klyczek, who will be a junior for the Hoosiers this upcoming season, won her two matches to advance to the semifinals of the women's main draw. Carolyn Chupa and Alicia Kauss both won their fourth round matches on Sunday but lost in the quarterfinals.

    On the men's side, Dimitrije Tasic, the No. 1 seed in the tournament, won two more matches on Sunday to advance to the semifinals in the top half of the men's main draw. In the bottom half, it will be IU's Dan Bednarczyk taking on IU teammate Elliot Yee in the semifinals after both won a pair of Sunday matches.

    Jacob Rother won his fourth roune match on Sunday but fell in the quarterfinals.

    Chris Essick, playing in the consolation bracket, won two matches to advance to the quarterfinals of that bracket. Alek Davila will join Essick in the quarter finals while George Rivers won two matches and then earned a walk-over win in the quarterfinals to advance to the semifinals.
