Dec. 16, 2008
BLOOMINGTON, Ind. - The Indiana University women's tennis program recently aided in a two-hour tennis clinic hosted by the IU Tennis Center. Members of the team and coaching staff helped run the event held for members of the IU Tennis Center's ladies leagues.
The opening hour was spent working of different drills spread across six courts. The clinic participants were split up into rotating groups, progressing from one drill station to the next. IU coaches and players instructed the drills as well as several players jumping in and doing the drills alongside the clinic participants.
Hour number two consisted of doubles play. The eight members of the team were each assigned to a court where they were paired up with one of the clinic participants for some doubles action.
