    HOOSIERS PLACE SECOND AT COLLEGIATE SERIES

    Bloomington, Ind. -- At the USATC Collegiate Series meet hosted by Indiana, the Hoosiers placed second with 202 points. Women's final standings: 1. Indiana State-209, 2. Indiana-202, 3. Kansas-122, 4. Kentucky-110.

    For the IU women, Lorraine Dunlop won the 100m (11.78) and placed third in the 200m (24.14).Tia Trent won the 400m (53.71) and Jenna Lock was first in the 800m (2:12.82). Kim Craig captured the 800m (4:31.15), LaToya Turner was first in the 100m hurdles (13.64), Maria Fleischmann was first in the triple jump (39-8), and Cori McLeod won the high jump (5-7).

    In the throws, Jennifer Brown was first in the shot put (50-3.25) and Krista Keir was first in the discus (166-2) and third in the shot put (47-2.25).

    IU also won the 4x100m relay (45.74) and the 4x400m relay (3:42.86).
