    FRESHMAN YEAR (2007)
    Played in all 117 sets for the Hoosiers ... led the team with 1,402 assists, the sixth highest single-season total in IU history ... also contributed 245 digs, 71 blocks, 72 kills and 26 service aces ... her 11.98 assists per set average ranked seventh in the Big Ten ... named to the All-IU adidas Classic team ... recorded 10 double-doubles on the year ... wasted little time getting noticed, averaging 16.5 assists per set in her second collegiate match with 66 helpers in a four-set contest against Western Illinois ... rejected a season-high five attacks at Purdue to go along with her 12 digs and 41 assists versus the Boilermakers.

    PREP Served as the Lake Forest High School starting setter from 2004-06 ... all-conference selections for junior and senior seasons ... named most valuable player of the '06 Lake Forest Invitational and all-tournament honors the year before en route to leading her squad to a pair of LF Invitational championships ... served as a team captain for Club Fusion during the 2006-07 club season ... also played for the Sky High Volleyball Club team for three seasons ... while playing for Sky High she was named the MVP for the 17 and under National Division at the Junior Olympic Girls Championships, leading her team to a first place finish in the division ... received the Lake Forest/Lake Bluff Morning Rotary Club Award for community service through the Red Cross.

    The daughter of Jay and Lisa Hilgenberg ... born on May 14, 1989 ... her father, Jay, played football at the University of Iowa before a 13-year career in the NFL that included seven Pro Bowl selections and Super Bowl ring with the '85 Chicago Bears.
