    In this week's episode, Head Coach Sherry Dunbar discusses the team's first weekend of Big Ten play, upcoming matches with Penn State and Ohio State, and welcoming ESPN to University Gym for the first time in program history. Director of Volleyball Operations Shane Wilkinson also checks in to discuss the planning and organization required to take the team on the road.

    2013 Indiana Volleyball Photo Day

    The 2013 Indiana Volleyball season is just around the corner, and the team had its annual photo day this week.

    Shane Wilkinson is in his first year as the Director of Volleyball operations for Indiana Volleyball. Wilkinson comes to Indiana after spending the past two seasons in the same post at South Carolina. Prior to South Carolina, Wilkinson held the same post at Ohio State for three seasons.

    Wilkinson coordinated South Carolina's travel and general program operations, served as co-camp director, helped organize on-campus recruiting, worked on video and team statistic breakdown and worked with the marketing team. At Ohio State, Wilkinson helped with video exchange, video breakdown and statistical analysis while coordinating team travel and community service opportunities. Previously, he worked at Ball State, leading the team's efforts with new technology while assisting with team travel, equipment, video and statistical work.

    He also worked as general manager of Ball State's student radio station, helping the station claim seven Communicator Awards in 2007, the most in station history. Wilkinson served as play-by-play announcer for the Cardinals' basketball and men's volleyball teams. He earned his bachelors from Ball State in telecommunications in 2008.
