    BLOOMINGTON, Ind. - Indiana Volleyball (6-4) fell in five to Valparaiso (6-6) (19-25, 17-25, 25-19, 25-18, 15-12). The Hoosiers had five hitters with 12 or more kills, led by Amelia Anderson's 13.

    Anderson had 13 kills, hitting .458 in the match, both highs for IU. Jordan Haverly, Kelci Marschall, Morgan Leach and Samantha Thrower all added 12. Haverly had a double-double with 14 digs as well. Caitlin Hansen had 15 digs, and Katie Gallagher had 52 assists.

    Indiana hit an impressive .448 in the first set, getting five kills from Marschall en route to a 25-19 win. Anderson added four kills and Haverly had six digs.

    The Hoosiers were impressive in the second as well, winning 25-17. IU hit .333 and got four kills on four swings from Thrower. Gallagher got six digs and three other Hoosiers had three kills.

    The Crusaders quickly stole the momentum in the third set and never let go. They took set three 25-19. Valpo held IU to .086 in the set.

    The fourth set went to Valp 25-18 with Valpo hitting .433 and registering five blocks. The fifth set was tight, but Valpo won out 15-12.
