2005 marked the first of three consecutive seasons of being undefeated in conference play for the Hoosiers.
In Zimmerman's career she netted 206 goals, grabbed 172 steals, and dished out a school-record 151 assists.
In only their third season in the CWPA, Indiana had a strong 7-1 conference record, coming out of the Southern Division. The overall record of 26-11 is tied for the second most wins in program history.
Hailing from Burnaby, British Columbia, Jakie Köhli was a member of the Hoosier Water Polo team from 2009-2013.
The Indiana Water Polo team had 11 student-athletes honored with ACWPC All-Academic Awards for their performance in the classroom this past school year.
The 1998 season was the inaugural season for Indiana Women's Water Polo as a Varsity program.

Big Ten Distinguished Scholar Award Recipients (All Schools) | The Big Ten Conference announced on Wednesday (July 9) that 684 student-athletes have earned the Big Ten Distinguished Scholar Award. The list includes student-athletes from every institution and 37 different sports who have recorded a minimum grade-point average (GPA) of 3.7 or higher for the previous academic year.

- Indiana's Shae Fournier has been named Second Team All-American for the 2014 season as announced today by the ACWCP. This award follows Fournier's senior season where she became the all-time leading scorer and assist leader in IU water polo history. This is Shae's second All-American nod after she was named to the Third Team in 2012.
