The Hoosiers trailed by just two goals midway through the final quarter against UCLA before giving up the game's final three scores in the last game of pool play to lose 9-4.
In the seventh place game against SJSU, the Hoosiers fell behind early and could not recover, losing 10-6. The Spartans led 6-2 at the half and the two teams split two goals apiece in each of the final two periods.
