KAZAN, Russia. - The second match of the World University Games water polo championships didn't go quite as smoothly as the first for Fournier, Taylor, Gaudreault, and Team Canada. The team dropped their match 24-4 to host team Russia.

Fournier and Taylor both went scoreless in the match and Gaudreault sat while Canada chose to give Anna Ustukhina and Anna Karnaukh time in the net.

Canada currently sits in third place in Group A but can move into second with a win in its final preliminary match against Japan (0-2), Wednesday at 3:30 p.m. local time (7:30 a.m. ET).
