    Gall and Hattendorf Compete at NCAA Cross Country Championships

    TERRE HAUTE, Ind. - Senior Jessica Gall and Lindsay Hattendorf wrapped up their cross country careers with finishes of 84th and 104th, respectively, at the 2006 NCAA Cross Country Championships on the LaVern Gibson Golf Course in Terre Haute, Ind.

    Gall placed 84th in the 6K with a time of 21:58.0. She ends her cross country career as a two-time All-American, picking up the honor in her sophomore and junior seasons. Gall, who has completed her eligibility for indoor track and field, will be back in action for Hoosiers for the 2007 outdoor season.

    Hattendorf placed 104th overall with a time of 22:10.6. She ends her cross country career as a two-time All-Great Lakes regional selection and will be back in action for IU for both the 2007 indoor and outdoor seasons.

    Gall and Hattendorf are the first two women in IU cross country history to qualify for nationals in each of their respective years of competition.
