Q: How much time will it take to select seats with the online seat selection option?
A: Selecting seats will be a very quick task. It is recommended that ticket holders budget 15 minutes to familiarize themselves with the system, view available options, and select seats. Ticket holders have 30 minutes from their assigned time to select seats. To take full advantage of priority points, we also recommend that ticket holders choose seats as close to their assigned selection time as possible.
Ticket holders can view the system and available seats before their assigned time. However, they may not select seats until their assigned draft time. Again, it is advisable that ticket holders select their seats as soon as possible after their assigned time in order to choose the best seats for which that ticket holder is eligible.

Q: Can I group my seats near friends and family?
A: Yes. Ticket holders within a group can notify the IU Ticket Office that they would like to be seated with another season ticket holder. All group ticket holders will need to provide documentation specifying their agreement. Groups will be assigned a priority point total that will determine the selection time, which will be sent to each group member. Each group's priority point total will be based on a number of factors, including each member's Varsity Club donor level, individual priority point totals and total ticket orders.
Please note: Ticket holders can view available seats before their assigned time, however they may not select seats until their assigned draft time. We recommend that you coordinate with your group before your delegate's selection time to ensure that the seats selected are near one another.
