It was the eighth time this season that the Hoosiers have held a conference foe to 60 points or less while in return shooting 53.3 percent from the floor. It also earned the Hoosiers their eighth-straight win in the Barn Burner Trophy series, as it has also won 12 of the last 13 in the all-time series meeting.
- Sunday's regular season home finale win over Purdue extended IU's win streak to 14 games, the longest under ninth year head coach Teri Moren and tied the second longest in program history. The Hoosiers other longest win streaks were 14 games in 2013-14 and 15 games in 1971-72. Other active win streaks for IU includes 18-straight at home dating back to last year's NCAA Tournament run and all 16 games this season. It's the third-longest NCAA home win streak.
