
Jacob Moran Takes Third Place at Grand Prix of Spain

BLOOMINGTON, Ind. ––– Indiana wrestler Jacob Moran competed at the Grand Prix of Spain last weekend, representing Puerto Rico from July 4-6 in Madrid.
Wrestling at 57 kg in Freestyle, Moran took third place in the event, going home with the bronze medal.
Moran won his first two matches, reaching the semifinal before falling to Yelaman Amangeldy of Kazakhstan who finished in second.
He then moved to repechage where he defeated Ricardo Rea of Ecuador to take third place in the tournament.
